Job Description:

As a Produce Sales Associate at Kimball Produce Sales Inc., you will play a key role in assisting with the growth and management of our current and future citrus sales operation. This position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building relationships in the fresh produce industry.

You will be responsible for managing accounts, prospecting new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, shippers, and internal teams. This role requires a high level of organization, multitasking, and follow-through to maintain service excellence and drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
• Must be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and grow citrus sales with new and existing clients
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and text
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members
• Retain product and client information accurately
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Be self-motivated and take initiative in daily responsibilities
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Use basic computer tools (email, social media, texting platforms)
